I’m a dietitian on the sunny Gold Coast. Having struggled with eczema and food allergies since a young child, I have always had an interest in health and nutrition. It is from this that I decided to pursue a career in dietetics, with the aim of helping others reach their nutrition goals. I strongly believe that implementing small yet powerful healthy habits into your daily routine is the key to sustainable and long term health outcomes. The nutrition and dietetics world can be very overwhelming, so I am here to break it down and figure out what works best for you and your lifestyle.
Outside of being a Dietitian I love being at the beach, or hanging out with friends, family and my dog. And of course, food is my true passion, so I love eating out and going to the weekend farmer’s markets.
My areas of interest include sustainable weight loss, chronic disease, allergies/intolerances and sports performance nutrition.
