Effective Thursday 1st December 2022 Michigan Drive Medical Practice will be a mixed billing practice.

Pensioner Card Holders, HCC Holders, DVA and patients under 16 years will continue to be bulk billed. Please present your Medicare Card before each consultation.

1. Download the app AMS Connect from your app store.
2. Open the app, search for Michigan Drive Medical Centre and tap Select.
3. Complete a once-off registration by entering your details and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions – tap Register.
4. You will receive a once-off SMS code, enter it and tap Verify.

You are now registered and will see the Clinics AMS Connect Home Page each time you open the app, from which you can view and manage existing appointments and make new appointments for you and your family.
